BrandBox Marketplace Powered by Guesst brings a curated group of the latest DTC brands to the premium shopping center in time for the holidays

Guesst, the leading technology platform that powers the new retail through its Pop-shareä model by connecting and streamlining partnerships between retailers, landlords and brands, announced today that it will open BrandBox Marketplace Powered by Guesst at Tysons Corner Center in Fairfax County, Virginia. In partnership with BrandBox, Macerich’s new flexible retail concept for digitally native brands, the Marketplace will introduce a curated group of products from popular heritage, indie and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands to Tysons Corner shoppers in an interactive, engaging way.

The Guesst platform is a complete Retail-as-a-Service (RaaS) solution that automates and streamlines the process for digitally native brands to get their product into a physical storefront. The service reduces friction between the retail operator, the landlord and the brand by facilitating all sales transactions, payments, inventory tracking and data reporting. In the BrandBox Marketplace pilot, Guesst will also provide knowledgeable, experienced staffing for the space, thus enhancing the shopper experience.

BrandBox Marketplace Powered by Guesst will be a retail collective lab featuring premium brands across various categories such as home goods, apparel, beauty and jewelry. A few of the brands in the collective include Welden Bags, THEY New York, Faherty, Hickies,SigiKid, Stutterheim, Jared Lang, Rhone, UPMATIC, and Tide Hill. In addition to showcasing products, the BrandBox Marketplace will feature regular in-store activations and events and knowledgeable staff including stylists and designers. Guesst will continually source and connect with new, compatible brands through the platform’s easy search and live chat functions.
